What's the Fine Print?

  • When can I start using the benefits?

    Once you sign-up, your benefits begin immediately. There’s no waiting period!

    Please note: Any treatments started before enrollment aren’t eligible for the discount.

  • How does the 15% discount work?

    Most dental treatments qualify for the 15% discount, including:

    • Fillings
    • Sealants
    • Dental Implants
    • Bone Grafts
    • Periodontal Services
    • Extractions
    • Dentures and Partials
    • Crowns
    • Orthodontics (excludes OrthoFX)
    • Veneers
    • Teeth Whitening
    • Occlusal Guards
    • Athletic Guards

    To receive this discount, any additional charges will be due at the time of service.

  • Is this considered dental insurance?

    No, our dental savings plan is not considered dental insurance.

    If you need dental treatment following any type of injury where a lawsuit and medical, auto, disability, or workman’s comp type insurances are involved, this plan cannot be used.

  • Can I use dental insurance too?

    The dental savings plan cannot be combined with any dental insurance.

    If you choose outside financing through CareCredit… This text opens a new tab to the CareCredit website… for dental treatment, your discount will be reduced to 10%.

  • What's the cancellation policy?

    You must be on the plan for a minimum of 12 months. Your plan will automatically renew on the same date each year.

    To cancel your plan, you must give 30 days written notice before the renewal date.

    If your premium is not paid, you will not qualify for any discounts. All payments are nonrefundable.
